Cancellation Policy
Allow 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellation of service with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. All no shows are charged at full value
Check In
Arrive 15 minutes before your first treatment to ensure your full service. Arriving early will allow you to relax and fully enjoy your treatment. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the service price. However, if you wish to show your appreciation for a well performed treatment, the staff at Elizabeth Day Cole Spa graciously accepts gratuities. The industry average is fro 15%-20%. We accept cash gratuity only.
Facilities
Refrain from using cell phones in the spa. Refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuables into the spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Purchased spa products may be returned unopened within 14 days for an exchange or merchandise credit. Cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Discover are accepted for payment. There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
Standing Appointments
Schedule your next visit before you leave to ensure the availability of your next appointment. A credit card reservation is required for all bookings.
Medical Restrictions
Please inform your technician of any medical changed before you begin your treatment. Pregnancy massage is allowed after the first trimester, facials are allowed any month, no body treatments until six weeks post-natal. Facials and waxing are not allowed if you have a cold sore breakout.
